Booking Fee and Payment Options
At apaR Hair, we believe in keeping things simple and convenient. That’s why we offer two easy ways to pay your booking fee. You can secure your appointment using our online booking system, which will handle everything for you, or, if you prefer a more personal touch, you can give us a call at the salon.
When booking online, a 30% booking fee of the total appointment cost will be required. This means on the day of your appointment, you’ll only need to pay the remaining balance—easy as pie! If you prefer to book a colour service over the phone, the booking fee will be $100.
Future Bookings
We’re all about making your life easier, so for future appointments, we offer a $50 rollover booking fee. This fee acts as a credit towards your next appointment and is only used if there’s a last-minute cancellation. It’s our way of making sure everything runs smoothly for you and for us.
Respecting Your Time, Our Time, and Each Other
We understand that things can pop up unexpectedly. However, as a small business, your commitment to your appointments helps us keep our doors open and our talented team ready to serve you. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) not only affect us but also other guests who are keen for some pampering.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows within the 48-hour window may result in a fee equivalent to the full cost of your appointment or $150, whichever is less. For future bookings, we may require full payment upfront to secure your spot.
Please note that canceling or rescheduling your appointment, especially at short notice, may mean we won’t be able to fit you in for another appointment for a few weeks, as we do get booked up in advance. We understand that things happen, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but availability may be limited.
Preparing for Your Appointment
To ensure you have the best experience, please arrive on time and ready for a transformation. We recommend leaving your best outfits at home—we work with color, and while we’re careful, accidents can happen.
Confirming Your Appointment
Our automated SMS system is here to make sure you don’t miss out. You’ll receive a confirmation text—just reply with a “YES” or “NO” to confirm your appointment. We’ll send a follow-up message three days before your appointment. If we don’t hear back from you within 48 hours after multiple attempts, we’ll assume you need to reschedule, and the appointment will be canceled.
Health and Safety Considerations
We care deeply about the health and safety of our clients and team. While we’ve been understanding over the past couple of years, we now need to uphold our cancellation policy to maintain a smooth and safe environment for everyone.
